The appellee presented to the administrator of the estate of Thomas Hays, deceased, a claim for two hundred and twelve dollars and eighty-five cents, which was by the administrator allowed. Before this claim was acted upon by the probate court the persons interested in the estate filed objection to its allowance; their objections were heard and the claim was allowed only for seventy-four dollars and fifteen cents.
