On this day, the Court considered Defendant Dyncorp International, LLC’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) (Doc. No. 27); Plaintiff Elizabeth Jimenez’s Response to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“Response”) (Doc. No. 30); and Defendant’s Reply to Plaintiffs Summary Judgment Response (“Reply”) (Doc. No. 34). 1 For the reasons set forth herein, Defendant’s Motion is DENIED.
