GILBERT, Circuit Judge.
The appellant brought his libel in the court below to recover damages for injuries sustained from a fall while he was a passenger on board the steamship Great Ñorthern *828on her voyage from San Francisco to Honolulu. The accident occurred while the appellant was taking a shower bath in one of the bathrooms of the steamship.
