— The main contention in this case is, what is the proper effect to be given the judgment of the Probate Court of Liberty County confirming the sale by the administrator of the headright certificate granted to John C. Read?
Appellants contend that there were no community debts of said Read and wife; therefore, the Probate Court had no jurisdiction to order the sale of the certificate, and the sale of the same by the administrator was a nullity, and conveyed no title.
