Nelson, Justice.
Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident while driving a pickup truck owned by his employer, Richfield Heating & Sheet Metal Company. The truck was struck from the rear by a car owned by the defendant Brellenthin Chevrolet Company and operated by defendant Dennis J. Krone. Both drivers were in the course of their employment. Plaintiff petitioned the Industrial Commission for workmen’s compensation and also brought this third-party action in which the employer’s insurer, Selective Insurance Company, intervened.
