Defendant Cletis U. Williams was charged by information with one count of grand theft of an automobile (Pen: Code, § 487, subd. 3) and one count of receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496). Hi's motion to set aside the information for lack of reasonable or probable cause (Pen.
