Appellants, E-Quest Management, LLC (“E-Quest”) and Odyssey OneSource, Inc. (“Odyssey”), challenge the trial court’s judgment, entered after a trial to the court, in favor of appellee, Robbie Shaw, in Shaw’s suit against them for successor liability.
