MEMORANDUM DECISION
CHIN, District Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York granting the petition of the Board of Directors of Hopewell International Insurance Ltd. (“Hopewell”) pursuant to § 304 of the Bankruptcy Code for recognition of a “Scheme of Arrangement” entered into under Bermuda law. The Bankruptcy Court held that the scheme and an injunction issued by a Bermuda court to enforce the scheme were entitled to full force and credit in the United States.
