MEMORANDUM — DECISION & ORDER
HURD, District Judge.
1. INTRODUCTION
ICCO Design/Build Inc. (“ICCO”) appeals from the Bankruptcy Court’s October 17, 2001, Order granting its motion to reopen the debtor’s, Sunbrite Cleaners, Inc. (“debtor”), reorganization case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(b), and denying its motion to determine its claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(b) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
