The petitions in this chapter 15 case were filed on November 10, 2009. Ernst & Young Inc. is the court-appointed monitor (“Monitor”) and authorized foreign representative of Metcalfe & Mansfield Alternative Investments II Corp., and the other foreign petitioners (together, “Metcalfe” or “Petitioners”).
