PRUDENCE B. ABRAM, Bankruptcy Judge:
Weiss-Wolf, Inc. (“Debtor” or “Weiss-Wolf”), the debtor and debtor-in-possession in this Chapter 11 case commenced on May 19, 1982, is a New York corporation which has in the past been engaged in the business of buying, selling and manufacturing diamonds. On July 21, 1982, the Debtor commenced this adversary proceeding against the three defendants, Israel Discount Bank Limited (“IDB”), Union Bank of Israel, Ltd. (“UBI”), and Bank Leumi Le-Israel, B.M.
