SAND, District Judge.
Plaintiff Sally A. Domberger brings this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated 1 against Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”), two corporate affiliates of MetLife, and various employees, officers, and directors of MetLife (collectively “Defendants”). Plaintiff alleges violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., as well as several state law claims.
