MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
The trustee seeks in Adversary No. 90-0492-BM to recover the sum of $18,500.00 held by defendant Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation as escrow agent (“escrow agent”) and to which interpleader defendants Allegheny Graphics, Inc. (“Graphics”) and Roughen Investment Company (“Roughen”) claim entitlement. The trustee takes the position that these funds were property of debtor’s bankruptcy estate as of commencement of this bankruptcy case and seeks to have them turned over to the estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 542(a).
