DORMAN, Chief Judge:
The appellee is currently facing trial by general court-martial on numerous charges concerning allegations that he attempted to purchase a minor female and that he possessed child pornography. He is charged with violations of Articles 80 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880 and 934. The alleged offenses occurred between September 2001 and February 2003.
