[¶ 1] Edwin W. Colburn appeals from an order entered in the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock» /.), denying his motion for approval of an accounting regarding the estate of his father, Edwin L. Colburn (the decedent). The order followed a petition filed by the personal representative of the estate, Carolyn C. Eaton, for an order of complete settlement of the estate.
