[¶ 1] Sharon Terry, personal representative of the Estate of Joseph Ricci and trustee of the Joseph Ricci Trust of 2000, appeals from the judgment entered in York County Probate Court (Nadéau, J.) ordering her to pay the spousal support claim of Ricci’s former spouse, Cheryl Benton.
