Andrew Akins was convicted of rape, Ark. Code Ann. § 5-14-103 (Repl. 1993), and aggravated robbery, Ark. Code Ann. § 5-12-103 (Repl. 1993), and given sixty- and forty-year consecutive imprisonment sentences respectively. Mr. Akins argues the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. We disagree with his argument on that point. We decline to review his argument that he was denied his right to a speedy trial because we have no indication that the Trial Court ruled on such a motion.
