MACHROWICZ, District Judge.
The complaint of the United States filed in this cause prays, among other things, for an order and decree foreclosing a mortgage on real property and for a deficiency judgment. The loan which the mortgage secured was insured by the Federal Housing Commissioner pursuant to provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended, Title 12 U.S.C. § 1743, and the Administrative Rules and Regulations thereunder.
