Rosewood Care Center of Joliet, Inc. seeks review of a National Labor Relations Board order requiring it to bargain with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 1640. Rosewood refused to bargain with the union because it claims that the representation election was tainted by coercive conduct before the election and by unfair election procedures. The NLRB cross-petitions for enforcement. We deny review and grant enforcement. .
