The plaintiffs, ten former employees of the Puerto Rico Telephone Company (“PRTC”), appeal from a summary judgment entered by the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in favor of the defendants, PRTC, the Puerto Rico Telephone Authority (“PRTA”), and certain individual PRTC officials.
