INTRODUCTION

This action presents a contract dispute involving real estate development. The plaintiffs, Elaine Finbury and Rufus Choate Associates, a limited partnership, bring claims of breach of contract, fraud, promissoiy estoppel, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, quantum meruit, and violation of G.L.c. 93A against the defendants, Architectural Heritage Foundation, Inc.
