¶ 1 Appellant, Kristopher Heggins, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on October 3, 2000, following his convictions for second-degree murder, robbery, and criminal conspiracy. We affirm.

¶ 2 The record reveals the following facts. The juvenile court assigned Appellant to the North Central Secure Treatment Facility in Danville, Pennsylvania (Danville), following its determination that Appellant was delinquent.
