CRANE, Judge.

Movant, Bratt Jones, appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant had previously pleaded guilty to one count of second degree murder, § 565.-021 RSMo 1986, and one count of armed criminal action, § 571.015 RSMo 1986. Movant entered his pleas pursuant to a plea agreement by which a charge of first degree murder was reduced to second de*48gree murder and the state recommended a sentence of life imprisonment on the second degree murder charge and three years imprisonment on the armed criminal action charge, the sentences to run…
