This appeal is from the denial of a motion to vacate judgment and sentence pursuant to Rule 24.035. We affirm.

Movant, Maurice V. Gillespie, under the name of Jerry Driscoll Martin, pleaded guilty on June 24, 1988, the second day of trial, to two counts of robbery in the first degree, one count of burglary in the first degree and one count of armed criminal action.
