DAVID E. BENDER (Parish of Orleans) (Simple Burglary of a Vehicle) Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeal, reinstate defendant's conviction and sentence, and overrule Knighten only insofar as it pertains to the Knighten "rule.” REVERSED.
