On the 25th day of January, 1918, the Mississippi Shipbuilding Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware with offices at 32 Broadway, New York city, and Lever Brothers Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Maine, represented by W. H.
