OPINION
TAURO, District Judge.
Counsel for the Receiver in this complicated bankruptcy proceeding has applied to this court for an interim fee allowance covering services rendered from January 23, 1978, through June 30, 1979. The detailed fee application asks this court to find that the value of these services is $350,000.
