FACTS

On February 2, 1984, voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 Title 11 Ú.S. Code, [Bankruptcy Code] were filed by Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, hereinafter S & S & L, on behalf of the above named debtors. S & S & L is a law firm whose principal office is in New York with other offices in Washington, D.C., Miami and Los Angeles.
