This is an action upon petition in error and transcript from the judgment of the trial court rendered upon an account for goods, wares, and merchandise alleged to have been sold and delivered by the Chestnut-Gibbons Grocery Company to one Edwards, and for which the plaintiff in error became obligated to pay, as was found by reason of a judgment rendered in the district court of Okmulgee county in an action between the plaintiff in error and Edwards, the purchaser of the goods.
