OPINION OF THE COURT

GRAVELLE, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty by a special court-martial consisting of officer and enlisted members of one specification alleging a violation of a general regulation and of twenty-six specifications of dishonorably failing to pay debts, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 934 (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
