WISS, Judge:

At his general court-martial, which included enlisted members, Antonelli pleaded not guilty to charges alleging larceny of money from the United States over a peri*123od of time and two instances of signing a false official document with intent to deceive, in violation of Articles 121 and 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921 and 907, respectively. Nonetheless, he was convicted as charged and was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, and a fine of $10,000.
