MEMORANDUM OPINION

HANSEN, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Marian Booker, seeks review of the trial court’s order which denied his petition to probate a lost mutual will. Appellant is a beneficiary and first alternate co-executor in the 1983 mutual will of Decedent, George W. Richardson and Decedent’s wife, Olleen Richardson. Appellees Julia J. No-vick and Lavon Booker et al. are other heirs of Decedent who contested the petition to probate the 1983 will filed by Appellant.
