MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM FILED BY MJK TRUSTEE

Repurchase Corp. filed as a debtor in possession in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy case (“Debtor”). The Trustee for the bankruptcy estate of MJK Clearing, Inc. (“MJK”), James P. Stephensen, filed a proof of claim against the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate based on $3,000,000.00 worth of tax credits the Debtor was obligated to transfer to MJK under terms of a Judgment issued by a Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.
