Appellant, J. W. McCall, and his wife, Lou'McCall, filed this suit to quiet title to a small parcel of land in Baxter county, Arkansas, described as follows: “That part of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 35, township 20, range 13, west, described as follows: One acre, more or less, lying due east of the Oakland Cemetery tract and extending to the east boundary of said forty.” They alleged that they acquired title to said land by a warranty deed from W.
