Appellants, Virgil Webb and wife, Wilma, instituted their complaint against Albert J. Miller and wife, G-race wherein it was alleged that appellees had wrongfully entered upon appellants’ property (the west 17.8 feet thereof) and had dug holes, destroyed surveyor’s markers, piled fencing materials on the premises, and deprived appellants of the use and enjoyment of their land.
