MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPRIZZO, District Judge:
Nearly a year after the Court granted defendants’ motion to strike plaintiff’s jury demand, 1 plaintiff has moved “to affirm the plaintiff’s right to proceed to trial on the basis of the Court’s diversity jurisdiction and [to affirm her] right to trial by jury.” See Notice of Motion at 1. This motion is in essence an attempt to reargue the Court’s prior decision on the same grounds previously advanced.
