In this action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of a condominium and for the recovery of consequential damages, the trial court dismissed counts of the complaint against a subsequent grantee and mortgagee who allegedly had acquired their respective interests with knowledge of the prior agreement to sell the condominium and the pending action to enforce the agreement.
