In an action pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to compel the determination of claims to a certain parcel of real property, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated January 6, 1987, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.
