MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is a civil action filed on October 81, 2012, by the plaintiff, Debra Parrott, against the defendant, PNC Bank, National Association, the successor entity to the Royal Bank of Canada d/b/a, RBC Bank Services USA (“PNC”), her former employer. (Doc. 1, 14, 22).1 The Second Amended Complaint, sets out only one count.
