CARMICHAEL, Judge:

Before a military judge sitting as a special court-martial, appellant, pursuant to his pleas, was convicted of two specifications of extortion, four specifications of wrongfully accepting U.S. currency from a trainee, and one specification of wrongfully engaging in commercial dealings with a trainee. Extortion is proscribed by Article 127, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. § 927, and at issue is whether the remaining specifications allege offenses under Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
