OPINION OF THE COURT

COOK, Judge:

Despite his pleas, the accused was convicted by special court-martial of violating a lawful general regulation and driving while intoxicated, in violation of Articles 92 and 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 911, respectively. The approved sentence consists of a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $279.00 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to airman basic.
