join, dissenting. I disagree with the majority’s conclusion that “the judicial branch’s administrative functions consist of activities relating to its budget, personnel, facilities and physical operations and that records unrelated to those activities are exempt” from the scope of the Freedom of Information Act (act), specifically General Statutes §§ 1-200 (1) (A),1 1-210 (a)2 and 1-200 (5).3 The majority then applies this improperly restrictive definition to affirm the judgment of the trial court, *58concluding that records kept in the criminal/motor…
