MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Dr. Jean Montes appeals from the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies, a non-profit music organization for youth, on his race- and national-origin-based employment-discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(l). We affirm.
