RULING AND ORDER

Robert N. Chatigny, United States District Judge, Plaintiff brings this action against her former employer alleging discrimination on the basis of sex in violation of Title VII and Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46a-60(a)(l), violations of the Equal Pay-Act and failure to pay commissions in violation of Conn. Gen. Stat. § Sl-Nla.1 Defendants have moved for summary judgment.
