Plaintiff Michael McCammond brings this action against Defendant Schwan’s Home Services, Inc. for violation of Plaintiffs employment contract with Defendant. Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion in Limine seeking to exclude any reference to the amount of unemployment benefits received by Plaintiff. (ECF No. 43.) The Court held oral argument on the Motion on June 14, 2011.
