Northern States Power Company (NSP) provides natural gas service to Wisconsin customers in two principal service areas. NSP filed an application with the Public Service Commission (PSC) on July 16, 1976, for authority to increase rates for electric and natural gas utility service. After a series of hearings, the PSC issued its findings of fact and order. The PSC authorized a specific total rate of return to NSP for its natural gas utility service.
