I dissent. I would affirm the decision of the court of appeals which reverses the judgments of the circuit courts. I find the opinion of the court of appeals, see Roe v. Larson, 94 Wis.2d 204, 287 N.W.2d 844 (Ct. App. 1979), well-reasoned and persuasive, and I adopt it as my dissenting opinion.
