DUNKLIN, Chief Justice.

This suit was instituted by 'Everett B. Comer against H. T. Farrell in trespass to try title to recover "an undivided one-eighth interest in certain real estate described as lot 5 and the north 24 feet of lot 4 in block SO, situated in the city of Fort Worth, Tex. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff, and the defendant has appealed.

Plaintiff claimed title under the following instruments which were introduced in evidence: A deed from Mary Bell Boaz, a feme sole, to Clement A. Boaz, L. B. Comer and wife, Ola Boaz Comer, Ernest O. Boaz, and Jessie Boaz Gumm. The…
