We will herein refer to plaintiffs in error as McCoy and Jensen, and to defendant in error Pandora Metals, Inc., as Pandora.
Pandora, a corporation, and L. M. Pastorius, a stockholder thereof, as plaintiffs, filed their complaint against McCoy and Jensen in the district court of Jefferson county. In the complaint it was alleged that Pandora owned certain mining claims in Boulder county upon which were located peat moss deposits which were valuable commercially.
