Appellants Workman Oil Company, a corporation, Joe Vinson, and Carol Vinson appeal a judgment rendered in a case initiated by respondent W.D. Bruner. Respondent’s petition sought an accounting with respect to money of Workman Oil Co. that respondent alleged had been diverted to the Vinsons (Count I), and imposition of a constructive trust for the benefit of the corporation on certain real estate owned by the Vinsons (Count II).
